If there’s one Japanese Food that I love, it would be the Californian Maki. Californian Maki is a type of sushi which was made inside-out. This type of sushi usually contains crab sticks, cucumber, and mango. The outer layer of rice is usually sprinkled with fish roe or tobiko.

Zakoya is one of the best restaurants in Davao City which offers authentic Californian Maki and varieties of japanese sushi(s) and other dishes. Zakoya is located at Davao Convention Center Compound, F. Torres Street, Davao City.

I was able to visit Zakoya for the Davao Food Trip and it offers the best japanese food in davao.
